Excellent value for softphone needs

Pros

Switching from a bigger provider to Bria was definitely worth it because the pricing is much better. It includes all the core softphone features we needed and getting everything set up was very easy.

Cons

Every now and then an update doesn't go through on the first try so it can take a few attempts before the latest version finally installs.

Reliable calling across devices

Pros

Bria was up and running easily and using it day to day is very hassle free thanks to the clean interface and consistently strong call quality. I especially like how flexible it is when it comes to setting up SIP accounts and using the platform across multiple devices. It has been dependable for both internal team conversations and external business calls.

Cons

One issue I have noticed is that the mobile app can be a bit inconsistent with push notifications and calls sometimes drop when moving between Wi-Fi and cellular data. The licensing side can also be a little confusing when you're trying to manage multiple users.

Billing scam and no refund

Pros

The software itself is okay but that's overshadowed by how dishonest the company feels.

Cons

Our credit card was charged more than $800 extra and they still refused to refund the overcharge.

Reliable calls with clear audio

Pros

Being able to handle phone calls through analog lines is really useful and the audio quality has been consistently good.

Cons

Certain settings can be confusing at times and aren't always very user friendly.
