Pros
CA Desktop has been very user friendly to work with. Even when a lot of people are using it at the same time, I still don't run into latency issues with the application. During the COVID-19 period as well, the performance stayed stable and I didn't experience lag.
Cons
One frustrating part is that the application takes a long time to load when launching it. In urgent situations, that delay can be really annoying and sometimes disruptive enough to feel like the session needs to be restarted. Moving from one system to another is also a bit difficult and the application can feel slower than expected. Right after switching from one machine to another, the experience is especially poor.
