The team was incredibly committed and the service was amazing. Cleed.ai helped us take a real load off our customer support team while also increasing conversions and lowering our return rate. What I especially appreciated was being able to customize the product so it matched our branding perfectly. I was genuinely impressed by how many features they were able to bring together in a single chatbot. Our customers can now get answers much faster through live chat, custom decision trees or by speaking directly with one of our sales reps over video or via WhatsApp Business. I highly recommend it.
