Pros

One of the best parts is how well the platform can be tailored to match each client's specific needs. It also handles ticket creation efficiently and the attack defense features add a lot of value.

It's very comprehensive overall but that same depth can make optimization feel a bit complex at times.

Having everything available in one screen for designing the study is definitely beneficial.

The platform doesn't feel very responsive and the page refresh behavior can be frustrating. Also the password policy also doesn't seem to be set up properly. On top of that there are issues with punctuation, branch framing and getting multiple different alert messages from a single click which makes the experience feel inconsistent.

Clinion EDC is very easy to use. Plus it comes with multiple useful features, the integration process is simple and the customer support team has been very helpful whenever needed.

Cons

At times there are server-related problems and I have also run into occasional page reload issues.

Working with this tool during PQ in my Data Manager role has been a very positive experience. The interface is highly user friendly and works well even for people who have very limited technical knowledge.

Getting to the Study Reports can be a little confusing at times.
