Powerful e-commerce automation

Pros

It's a very useful platform for automating a lot of e-commerce processes. It offers plenty of flexibility to adapt the tool based on each client's needs and the strategies being developed.

Cons

At the beginning it takes a bit of time to understand how the platform works but with time it becomes much clearer and you can really get the most out of it.

provide powerful first-party data

Pros

Connectif takes hyper personalization to another level by making smart use of first-party data gathered from user behavior and interactions. With that data, we can tailor actions much more precisely, measure the impact of each one and keep full traceability of everything happening inside it.

Cons

I don't really have any negative comments about the tool. It feels like a platform with a lot of potential for marketing automation.

Pricing limits are there

Pros

Overall the platform is easy to work with and is very user friendly. I also really liked the redesigned customer profile page because the information is now displayed much more clearly.

Cons

Where it falls short for us is the pricing model especially not having consolidated billing. It is hard to predict the real monthly cost as the database grows and that ends up penalizing us when our base increases. We manage several stores and there are months when the main store runs short on sends included in the plan while other stores still have unused capacity. On top of that I constantly have to estimate email volumes based on database growth just to avoid paying overage charges. That makes it difficult to align the budget with our strategy. Another major issue for us is analytics and data reliability which is lacking. We miss having more customizable dashboards with clear KPIs, instead of having to do manual work to calculate dynamic segments. We also do not have a global view across stores something that could be solved with a separate store bringing together all country data. In short, the reporting is fairly basic compared with other platforms especially around CLV and that makes decision making harder.

Fan of its flexibility

Pros

From the moment I started using it until now after 4 years I have been happy with everything. Setting up workflows is very easy, the data analysis is really useful and creating communications has a simple, practical design. The personalization options are also a big plus since it can be adapted to what your company actually needs. On top of that the tiered pricing based on usage makes a lot of sense. I am 100% a fan.

Cons

It's honestly hard for me to point out a real downside. If I had to suggest something, I'd say the WhatsApp sending feature could be improved so it's not only one-way and the template setup could be easier to parameterize. That said we've been using it without any issues so far.

Powerful personalization with fast setup

Pros

One of the best things about Connectif is how well it combines strong capabilities with a user friendly experience. It lets you handle advanced segmentation, customer journeys and personalization based on real behavior, all with a very fast time-to-market and without making it complicated for non-technical users. Compared with other CRMs that may offer more theoretical power but depend on SQL or proprietary languages, Connectif makes it possible to run and scale the channel without that technical barrier.

Cons

As the CRM strategy becomes more advanced some features especially reporting and attribution could offer more flexibility or depth to fully meet the needs of very experienced teams.

Responsive support with useful controls

Pros

Technical support responds quickly and the account manager has been a big help when it comes to optimizing our workflows. The country-based control panel is also very useful and fits our business really well.

Cons

At times the platform seems a bit complex and it can be hard to notice when a flow hasn't been set up correctly. The dashboard could be more complete and data collection is sometimes still too manual. From a design perspective, integrations like email carousels or pop-ups could also offer more complete options.

great workflows for implementation

Pros

Its flexibility and the level of freedom it gives when building implementations are outstanding. The workflow library is also a big plus.

Cons

For certain needs there's still too much reliance on HTML and custom integrations.

good analytics and support

Pros

One of the strongest parts for me is the analytics which gives a very complete view of user behavior. I also really value the many ways it lets us reach users through different channels and scenarios. On top of that the technical support has been a big advantage. As the guidance and help we've received have been consistent and very effective.

Cons

Having the stores separated can sometimes make overall analysis more difficult especially when trying to work with a unified view of data and results. Even so, I know this is not really a platform issue but rather something related to our own internal setup.
