“All in one workflow”

Pros

Using this software has been a really positive experience for building UGC ads and reviewing my workflow from a higher level perspective. It removes the headache of switching between different AI platforms by letting me bring all my AI APIs into one place including tools like Claude for copywriting. I also appreciate being able to keep all of my brand assets hosted together! Their newer AI agent has been a standout for me because it feels responsive and accessible to use. The interface is user friendly and the chat support is excellent and very quick to respond. Another thing I value is how it surfaces useful data points about gaps in my workflow and even suggests a better replacement process. The initial setup was fairly easy too even though I'm still getting familiar with everything.

Cons

The tutorials in their knowledge base are solid but I'd still like more guidance built directly into the tool while creating certain assets or using specific features. With the AI ads tool for example, I didn't realize the output would be static images from my uploads combined with a speaking AI avatar. I had assumed the tool would generate more organic style AI videos from the assets I uploaded. It would really help to add a banner or popup inside the asset folder explaining that users can upload mp4 files as well as static image formats like PNG and JPEG so it's clearer that generations will be based on either images or videos.

Pros

It has been incredible to use and the node style workflow is something I really enjoy!

Cons

Copilot can still make mistakes so like any AI tool you need to be very precise with your instructions.

“quick output”

Pros

Turning an idea into a polished video proof takes very little effort with this software. It works really well whether you already know exactly what you want or you're just starting with a rough concept and want to test it out with a proof.

Cons

One downside is that it can be a bit addictive so spending money happens quickly. The production cost also isn't always very clear upfront and getting the final result right usually takes several rounds of tweaking and refining. Even so other options tend to be far more expensive.

“Amazing short-form video creator”

Pros

Really exceeded my expectations when I used it to make short form videos! The results came out surprisingly good and the whole platform feels very easy and simple to figure out which makes a big difference. The editing process is fast and the video quality is excellent so it's been especially useful when I need to put together ads quickly without sacrificing quality. Signing up and getting started was also very simple which I appreciated. Overall I'm very satisfied with the features, would happily give it 5 stars and I'd absolutely recommend it as a 10 out of 10!!

Cons

I haven't run into anything to dislike at this point.

“Accessible editor”

Pros

Getting started with the software felt very simple and the built in editing features make the whole process much more approachable. Since I don't come from a video creation background that really helps me use the tool with confidence.

Cons

Creating videos is still naturally a little tricky because I want to know how the final result will look before I can fully commit and say "yes that's exactly what I want to generate" It ends up feeling like a bit of a chicken and egg situation though honestly that seems to be the case with any video generation platform.

Pros

Starting off with the tool is pretty easy and the ads it generates look polished and high quality. Another big plus is the customer support team since they respond quickly and are genuinely helpful.

Cons

A drawback is the pricing because it can get fairly expensive to keep using. It would be even better if they offered users extra credits from time to time.

Pros

The AI videos and avatars are easily the standout features and feel like the best tools on the platform.

Cons

It's a bit expensive but the overall quality still makes it very worthwhile.

Feels effortless to start working with! It's very simple to use and the UX is clear and accessible throughout.

There really isn't much to complain about if anything at all. It's a very solid product overall.

“fast content generation boost”

Pros

I get high quality content quickly with Creatify AI and that has been a big win for my marketing and product pages! I can drop in a website URL, pick out the key images and use those to generate new visuals which makes the whole workflow feel almost automated. It has really sped up my content creation process and saved me a lot of time. Even the initial setup was simple and easy and I was up and running in just a minute or two.

Cons

I'm still figuring out how to write prompts the right way so I can make the exact changes I want to the different content images.

“Creative results”

Pros

Has been really creative for the video content I make. One feature I've especially enjoyed is being able to animate images of myself or other people at my company using whatever script I've written. Getting started with it was also pretty easy which was a big relief.

Cons

Something I'd still like to see is the option for avatars to use different scripts instead of all saying the same script at the same time.

“Stellar support”

Pros

The support team online has been excellent and always willing to sort out any issues. The demos were also really helpful and made things much clearer.

Cons

My only issue was that there weren't enough believable British UK accents for what I needed.

Pros

One thing that really works for me is being able to move from a script to a completed video without leaving the same workflow. The selection of avatars and the overall quality of the AI voices make the final result feel polished instead of cheesy. I've been turning out more content in less time and that has made a noticeable impact on my marketing efforts. It solves a problem that previously meant paying pricey freelancers or spending hours doing the editing myself.

Cons

The avatars look solid overall but in longer videos they can still drift into uncanny valley territory so I usually keep my content short to make that less noticeable. After using the platform for a while the voice choices can start to sound a little repetitive and I'd really like more range in pacing and emotional tone. The pricing can also climb pretty fast if you need higher resolution exports or extra credits which makes scaling up more difficult.

Pros

After using this tool for several months I can say it has been working really well for me. It has helped me a lot with scaling my ecommerce business. The customer support is excellent and very friendly which is a big reason why I'd recommend this platform 10000%. I'm also very happy with its features and speed and the ready made videos save me a lot of time. On top of that getting everything set up at the beginning was really simple!!

I really value how realistic the ads look in this tool and that has genuinely helped my business! The option to use real life human avatars is another part I enjoy since it makes the ads feel more personal and relatable. Other than that the initial setup was simple and quick to get through.

Expert chats have been a big plus, they help me clearly explain what I'm looking for and give useful guidance when putting together the right video for our business.

A drawback is the pricing structure. It's billed annually so there isn't an option to pay month to month which means paying the full amount upfront.

The prompt system feels very accessible and responds well to the scripts provided.

Image replacement still needs to follow instructions more accurately.

“Valuable software”

Pros

Its API is my favorite part! It's really easy to work with which makes it especially useful because I can write one script and generate several AI UGC videos at the same time. Getting everything set up on desktop was also very simple and that matters since the mobile version doesn't offer as many features. On top of that the API pricing felt like a better deal than the previous tool I used called Phala AI.

Cons

One area that could be better is the type of content it supports. I know it has features like viral video tools and AI Cloner but I haven't had the chance to test those yet. It would be nice if beyond just AI ads there were more options for organic style content as well. Also mobile is still more limited in terms of features while desktop is definitely the easier platform to use.

“Handy templates”

Pros

This tool has been really useful for producing UGC style content for my mobile apps. The AI video generation is especially strong and the UGC video feature has worked really well for what I need. The templates are also a big plus since they give me a solid starting point for new projects and the platform feels simpe to work with and understand.

Cons

The only thing I'd want to see is a larger template library with more template options added overall.
