Pros
Using this tool has been a strong addition to the hiring process because it applies modern AI capabilities to help companies simplify recruitment and identify the right talent more effectively. Its advanced algorithms and machine learning features can review resumes, evaluate candidate skills and experience and even estimate how well someone may perform in a specific role. One feature that really adds value is the automated candidate screening which saves recruiters a lot of time by removing unqualified applicants so attention can stay on the strongest candidates. On top of that the machine learning side helps spot useful patterns in candidate data making it easier for recruiters to make better informed interview and hiring decisions.
Cons
At this point I have not noticed any major issues with the hiring functions though the UI still has room for improvement.

Pros
Right from the start it has felt very easy to useQ The platform is genuinely user friendly which made things much easier for me. Another big plus has been the support from the team, they've been incredibly helpful and always ready to assist whenever needed. I also had a meeting with one of their team members and he came across as calm, collaborative, approachable, supportive and truly dedicated. I really appreciated how simple and down to earth he was!
Cons
I've been having a very positive experience and haven't run into any issues so far.

Pros
The platform has a user friendly design so it's simple to use and move around without much effort.
Cons
A downside was that there weren't enough relevant candidates so we weren't able to fully achieve the result we were aiming for.

Getting started with the product didn't feel overly complicated and the team was very proactive whenever solutions were needed.
Cons
Though the start wasn't really difficult, overall application could still be made a bit more user friendly.

Pros
The interface feels much better to work with the customer service has been excellent and we're seeing stronger, higher quality candidates come through.
Cons
One thing that would help is having more status options. Since hiring happens in phases the statuses should reflect each stage more clearly.
