Pros
I expected the setup to be inconvenient but it turned out to be very easy. The interface is clean and simple to use which was a pleasant surprise. We're now using it internally with our team and on our e commerce site as well and it helps us stay connected with customers 24/7.

Pros
Uploading my content was really easy whether it was a sitemap, documents, videos or other materials. It only took a few minutes to build our public facing bot. If you're not highly technical but comfortable enough to work through a DIY style interface this tool is a really good fit.
Cons
I haven't run into any downsides so far.
