Pros

Came across this software by chance and didn't expect much at the beginning but it turned out to be a really nice surprise! The artistic styles look genuinely impressive and don't have that cheap, overused filter vibe you see in so many other apps. I also ran into a minor account problem once and when I contacted support they replied fairly quickly and handled it right away. It wasn't one of those frustrating copy paste responses or long back and forth exchanges which honestly felt refreshing.

There was just one minor issue but the support team resolved it quickly.

Pros

After subscribing I ended up recommending the software to other people because I enjoyed it that much! When I replaced my old iMac the app stopped working on the new one since the license was still tied to the previous computer. I reached out to customer service and was honestly surprised by how quickly they responded. They explained what was happening and gave me steps to help my new computer get recognized. The first fix didn't solve it but they replied again right away with another option. That did the trick and I was back up and running. I really can't praise their customer service enough. They stuck with the issue, responded promptly and gave clear directions that were easy to follow. The software itself is also something most people would enjoy. I've used it on my photos and then turned them into wall art, calendars and cards.
