“Easy to use

Pros

DeepOpinion Studio provides an incredibly intuitive and user friendly environment which makes it very easy for us to navigate and train team members and business departments. The technical support from the provider is also outstanding as they quickly resolve any issues or questions we have. Plus the software offers great out of the box solutions along with a variety of pre-trained ML models for fast implementation.

Cons

Sometimes there are performance issues like lags and random errors that slow down workflow efficiency. The learning materials also feel a bit limited to me.

“Quite a modern and reliable tool for startups

Pros

It makes self service AI accessible. Like I do not need to be an AI expert to create a model. Even integrating with our own backend systems is fairly simple compared to other products. It is not just about NLP but it also supports intelligent document recognition which opens up possibilities for process automation. For example, automating goods receipt postings.

Cons

Some features can be a bit buggy now and then. However after getting a hint, the errors are usually fixed quickly and everything works fine. However I guess this is pretty normal for a startup.

“Simplified text classification

Pros

There is a lot that I like about it such as cutting-edge text classification models with a user friendly interface and an API for more advanced users.

Cons

A few features have not been added to the UI yet and some of them are not very practical to use at the moment. For example if we want to delete all categories, we have to do it one by one.

“Saves a lot of time

Pros

The best part of it is how easy it is for non coders and those without an AI background like us to use .

Cons

There have been multiple instances where the servers went down which causes our model training or document uploads to crash.

“Best in class for learning

Pros

It is simply the best in terms of functionality, easy to use and I find the team excellent to work with and coordinate

Cons

At first annotating with brand specific tagging took a lot of our time but as the tool's functionality grew, the process became much smoother and more efficient.
