“User Centered Purpose Driven Product”
Pros
There are plenty of websites out there that compare Diffgram's features with other software in the market, but I want to take a different route and highlight the development philosophy and the software engineering approach of the Diffgram team. Right from the start, their focus has been on our business needs and figuring out how Diffgram can drive value for us. After a year of working together, they've never strayed from that commitment and have become an integral part of our operations. They took the time to gather our requirements, pinpoint gaps, prioritize features, and execute everything to deliver the outcomes we needed. One of our requirements even led to a major software overhaul with the compound file feature, and Anthony and his team tackled it head-on. They broke it down into manageable tasks and consistently delivered value over time. Diffgram also handled Pre-Signed URL Generation for AWS along with other important upgrades to enhance the overall value of our product.
Cons
Diffgram provides plenty of opportunities to connect with third-party products, APIs, and really embed itself into workflows. At the moment, we've built some custom connections around the Diffgram product to integrate with our processes, though there's room to simplify it further.

“Helpful and User Friendly”
Pros
Diffgram is hands down the best annotation tool I've ever worked with. I'm really impressed by the graphical output it provides, and their customer support is always quick and responsive whenever I need help. My team uses Diffgram mainly for annotating videos and images, and it has significantly boosted our productivity. It's very easy to use, making it easy to handle our annotation tasks.
Cons
I don't have any dislikes.

“Diffgram Let's Me Annotate and Label ANY Type Of With Great Simplicity”
Pros
I'm currently working on a small personal machine learning project, and I had to annotate a large number of images. With Diffgram, I got the freedom to annotate as much as I needed without worrying about costs since it's open-source. Plus, I was able to automate a lot of my annotations using simple scripts, which really streamlined my workflow.
Cons
There is not anything specific that stands out as a negative or worth pointing out.

“Responsive Support, Great data handling. Especially for updates with pre labeling”
Pros
One thing I really like is how easy it is to upload data. The "Sync Engine" is incredibly flexible, letting me do exactly what I need to get my tasks done. The team is always quick to respond whenever we have specific needs, and I love how well it integrates with both AWS and GCP. Right now, we're on AWS, and for video annotations, the go-to-frame feature is exactly what we were looking for.
Cons
There are a few rough spots since it's still a fairly new product, but overall the team has been really good at addressing the few concerns we've had.
