“clear design and helpful support”
Pros
Right from the start the support team was very kind and helpful. The design is clean, clear and really effective. It works especially well for anyone who just wants to pull the key points or main essence from a PDF.
Cons
In the end it simply wasn't the right match for what I needed. I had planned to use it for university work but later decided I preferred working on paper instead.

Pros
Managing documents with the tool feels accessible and easy. Being able to ask questions directly from a document is incredibly useful almost like having a personal assistant built in. The summarization feature does a great job of pulling out the key points fast and the Tag Manager helps keep everything neatly organized. On top of that tools like the quiz creator, document insight extractor and diagram generator make it even more versatile. The lifetime deal also makes it a very cost effective option for long term document management. Another thing I appreciate is that past questions and summaries are saved which makes it simple to go back and review important details later.
Cons
A few features could offer more customization but that feels like a small issue compared to everything the platform already does well.
