Something that really stands out is how well the software pulls out the actual requirements and filters out all the extra "fluff" in a permit.

Cons

A feature I'd really love to see next is permit comparison. Most clients already have existing permits and when those permits get renewed usually there are updates. One of the most common needs is being able to spot the changes or differences between versions so having that function would be extremely helpful. I'm hopeful the team behind the software will be adding this soon. It would also be very useful if the software let you go back to the previous section to make corrections or adjustments.

One of the biggest advantages is the AI which keeps improving as it learns how permit processing works. It helps the company save a lot of time and effort by turning permit details into actionable conditions. Another strong point is that the platform can also break down 40 CFR regulatory requirements which adds a lot of practical value.

Cons

The core features right now are fairly basic and not especially groundbreaking although the platform shows a lot of promise to deliver exceptional capabilities as it continues to develop.

Pros

Having unstructured data turned into a clear tabular format with smart fields has been really valuable. It's built to break down USEPA Part 40 regulations and it's been trained to handle that content very well.

Cons

Since the product is still quite new a broader feature set would help push it to the next level.

Pros

Instead of spending time tediously going through a permit line by line, adding highlights and comments just to confirm everything was reviewed, this software lets me concentrate on the expert side of interpreting regulations and permits. It also removes the need to have a junior team member manually copy text from a PDF into Excel since the tabular output is so helpful. Other than that their team has been very quick and responsive whenever questions come up.

Cons

I'd love to see additional features added over time especially more smart fields that could help even further with permit and regulatory breakdown and review.
