Pretty useful tool

Pros

EliseAI shines in the multifamily real estate space by offering 24/7 automated communication through email, SMS, calls and web chat. Its smart natural language processing ensures all our conversations feel personal and relevant. Plus key features include automated tour scheduling that syncs perfectly with property management calendars to avoid conflicts. Also it integrates well with PMS and CRM systems, centralizing data for thorough reports and actionable insights that boost efficiency and lead conversions.

Cons

I feel like some users might not like it because it has limited customization. Also its replies can feel too rigid and not flexible enough for more complex questions.

saves time and keeps users happy

Pros

In under six months Elise has saved our leasing team more than 2,000 hours. Also it is easy to program, learn and customize. And everyone involved with Elise provides excellent customer support.

Cons

There is a bit of a learning curve when users take over guest chats or messages. So we come to a conclusion that extra training on our side is mostly needed.

Pros

Keeps me on track

Pros

I love being able to quickly see daily activities at a glance. Plus the frequent notifications are also a favorite. Especially great is that Elise instantly replies to first time prospect contacts.

Cons

Well I have not noticed any cons as the program is easy and simple to use.

perfect for managing tons of leads

Pros

EliseAI dramatically cuts down the time our leasing agents used to spend following up on leads. Also it is the best at scheduling tours and encouraging leads to visit the properties.

Cons

Reliable when things get hectic

Pros

The thing I like a lot about it is that it can respond to leads within five minutes which is very helpful for after-hours emails and texts. Plus quick replies help properties stand out and increase the chances of turning leads into tours.

Cons

EliseAI gives fast and efficient responses but I would say it does not always match the personal touch and support a human agent can provide.

Truly exceptional software

Pros

EliseAI has boosted our site team's efficiency by converting more leads to tours faster, freeing them to focus on quality tours rather than ongoing conversations. Setting up and integrating the tool has been straightforward too with excellent training that helps teams hit the ground running. Communities using the CRM platform find it user friendly even for newcomers. Plus the AI chats naturally with prospects and schedules tours professionally. When the AI cannot answer a question, the dashboard clearly flags leads needing team follow up. Overall this software has been the best, driving more conversions so our site teams can focus on personal interactions. Support tickets are handled quickly and professionally with clear communication and results. Overall EliseAI has been a huge plus for us.

Cons

There is very little to dislike about it. One thing that I think could be improved is a client checklist or step by step guide covering what happens between finishing the community form and going live. As this would help supervisors plan report reviews, monitor performance and allow time to update ad sources.

pretty user-friendly and gets the job done

Pros

It is a beautiful, smart response tool with impressive features. Customer service is outstanding too with fast response times. Also the dashboard is easy to use and any issues we come across get fixed promptly.

Cons

Let me tell you that integrating it can be tricky depending on the PMS stage. It is like if the PMS is active it is simple. But if not there is a lot of back and forth before it is fully implemented.

Whenever I need help, they're right there

Pros

I like how it supports onsite staff. They are often busy with packages, talking to prospects or working alone in the office. EliseAI helps both the onsite team and potential prospects with any questions they have.

Cons

One thing I did not like is like how some chatbots looked different from others but they updated them and now all the chatbots have a consistent and polished look.

Awesome for handling leases

Pros

It solves the problem of quickly responding to leads during off hours nights and weekends while feeling more human than a chatbot or FAQ. That fast response is important in leasing and it has really helped us turn simple emails into booked tours.

Cons

The AI sometimes does not fully understand language which leads to awkward conversations with prospects. And at times it feels to me a slightly smarter search bar at times something that was not needed.
