Having this AI tool in my content workflow has been really helpful! It comes with a wide range of built in categories for different types of content I need to create whether that's social media posts, blog pieces or product descriptions.

Cons

The customization options feel somewhat limited when it comes to handling more complex tasks. It can also be challenging to get the generated content to truly match a specific brand voice or capture a particular writing style.

Pros

Using it has been really convenient. It supports my learning and also helps a lot with content writing by giving me different ideas. The interface is very simple to use, user friendly and easy to put into practice.

Cons

At this point I don't have anything negative to mention because I haven't run into any difficulties.

Pros

Working on a user manual for my PHP app felt much more manageable with this tool. The task focused agents were especially useful and helped me move through the work a lot faster while keeping the whole process very easy. I also appreciated the multilingual support since it lets you choose the exact language you want to work in. On top of that the range of ready made templates for different use cases saved me a lot of time and made it even more convenient to use.

Cons

One part that could definitely be improved is the file upload flow inside the chats. It wasn't as accessible as I expected so it took some time to understand how it was supposed to work.

Pros

After spending a little time with this software I can already tell it's a really solid AI tool. Switching between AI models is simple and the setup is very easy so getting started doesn't take much effort. It feels like something I'd use every day especially since it brings together many of the popular AI features in one place. The support documentation is also well done and makes it easier to understand how the models work.

Cons

Like many AI tools out there the pricing feels a bit too expensive for regular users in my opinion.

Pros

Using this tool together with the Pipedrive AI Agent has been a real game changer for us. We can get answers about our deals and contacts from one simple screen and it's by far the fastest way to find what we need which saves us a lot of time. We also refresh our contact list once a month and the LinkedIn to Pipedrive GenAI App handles that really well. It checks the LinkedIn profile URLs in our contact list one by one in the background and whenever there's a change in someone's company or job title, it updates the information automatically and lets us know.

Cons

Something that wasn't obvious at first was that the contact list column headers and the form fields need to have exactly the same names for bulk generation to work. It took us some time to figure that out. Once we reached out to the support team though they responded quickly, explained everything clearly and were extremely helpful.

“positive experience”

Pros

While searching for a way to build GenAI tools for our workflows we ended up choosing this one. It doesn't require any coding at all. We just describe the use case we want and the Auto GenAI App Builder creates the GenAI app in about 10-15 seconds. It has helped us become more creative and it's given us a competitive edge in several areas without costing too much. Going from plain text to full GenAI apps with AI models, AI agents and integrations feels pretty incredible.

Cons

The platform includes top AI models and strong AI agents but the integration options are still somewhat limited. That can be a constraint when you want to build GenAI apps that need to work with real time data. The good part is that on the Scaleup plan they can add the required integrations within 2-3 days.

“solid AI workplace”

Pros

From AI images and chat to AI writing it covers pretty much everything you'd expect from AI software. I especially enjoyed the AI workplace for some of its features and getting it set up and adding the team was very simple which made it practical for everyday work.

Cons

Because it includes so many features it can feel a bit overwhelming for organizations to figure out and use all of the ones that are actually relevant to them.
