Sending my manuscript turned into a very frustrating experience. I expected professional editing and dependable publication support but the service I got was far below an acceptable standard. Their response time was extremely slow and the whole process (from submission to final delivery) stretched to nearly three months. The graphical work was poor, the final submission still contained many errors and in the end my article was permanently rejected by the target journal. I would not recommend Enago to any serious academic seeking trustworthy editing or publication assistance.

Working with this tool has been a dependable experience because the editing quality is consistently high and it catches my language mistakes effectively. What matters even more is that the editors are specialists in their respective fields so they also point out issues with methodology and how results are interpreted. That gives me real confidence that having my manuscript reviewed will raise it to the standard required for journal submission!
