Pros
Turning our software user manuals into complete courses has been a huge win. The AI extracts the important steps and organizes them into clear, structured training that's really simple to follow. It's let me produce professional looking courses even without any instructional design experience which feels incredibly empowering. On top of that it saves a massive amount of time.
Cons
At this point I really don't have any complaints. I was a little unsure at first about how many courses our monthly plan would actually let us create but we've managed to build more than 20 courses a month on the starter plan so it's turned out to be excellent value.

Pros
From the moment I have an idea, I can turn it into an LMS ready course in less than an hour which is incredibly impressive. The auto generated quizzes are a huge help and I really appreciate how well the content is contextualized without needing much extra work.
Cons
Support does respond quickly but the available live assistance hours can be a bit tricky if you're located outside the AEST time zone.
