Interface is clean and easy which makes it comfortable to use whether you're just starting out or already experienced.

The sales rep statement view is very detailed and gives solid visibility into the information that matters.

User setup feels a bit more complicated than with many newer tools on the market where the whole setup can often be done in a single flow and versions can be created whenever needed. In Xactly I have to switch across multiple windows just to finish the setup. Report configuration in analytics is also somewhat difficult. When reports are user restricted refresh time can take quite a while. Calculations at the individual rep level are not really possible and sequencing matters a lot. The statement view is very detailed but that can sometimes confuse sales reps about what they should look at and how they should read it. It may work better with a more customer specific application.

One of the best parts is being able to turn whatever idea pops into my head into something visual. I mainly use it when I need a bit of inspiration for my current job and it really helps get the ideas flowing.

Cons

At times the images can come out a little wild or slightly off.
