Getting the software up and running was very quick! The application is easy to use and covers everything we need. On top of that their responds very fast whenever there are questions or issues.

For easy projects this tool is simple to use but still gets the job done effectively. The customer support team has been excellent as well, responding quickly and resolving issues without much delay.

We started running into problems with adding and managing files once the VDR grew to around 15 GB and a few users were working in it at the same time. It's definitely worth understanding the platform's size limits in advance before setting up your VDR.

The German translations could be improved as some parts of the localized version are better than others.

Very easy to use and using it day to day has been just as simple. Adding to that benefit, the support team is very proactive and responsive which makes the overall experience even better.

Email notifications about uploaded files could use more detail since the information provided right now is a bit too limited.
