One thing that really stands out with this software is how responsive and helpful the customer support team is. Whenever we have an issue or a question they address it quickly and provide the right solution. We are extremely happy with our choice!

Cons

Overall it is a good software but the mobile version does have some limitations. Anyone who depends heavily on using it through mobile may run into a few challenges especially when it comes to certain functions.

Bringing AI into business decision making makes a lot of sense when the right inputs are used and the final judgment is still reviewed by people. This software brings all of that together really well giving leaders and their teams the information they need to spot business opportunities and make better informed decisions. Because of that I see it as one of the strongest tools available in this area.

The interface and overall setup are somewhat user friendly but for people who are only starting to explore tools like this, it can take them a while to figure things out and adjust.

Getting started with the softwae is easy and the setup feels very user friendly. It does a good job of helping predict risks ahead of time which makes planning easier and can help reduce costs as well.

One thing that would really improve the tool is having live support available. That feature is missing right now and it would be very helpful to have but aside from that everything else has been good.

Pros

Using this software has been very easy and it has really helped our teams lower costs by identifying hidden and unnecessary expenses while also forecasting risks in advance. Because of that we've been able to save a significant amount of money.

Cons

There isn't really anything I dislike but having live support available would be very helpful. It would also be useful to offer training for users who are not very familiar with the software yet.
