Right from the start the software has been incredibly helpful for getting our GEO efforts off the ground. The interface is simple to figure out yet it delivers very detailed insights. On top of that the platform connects those insights to practical actions we can take to improve our visibility. New features are being added constantly and the team has been extremely responsive and supportive whether it's helping us uncover additional insights, suggesting new ways to use the platform or gathering feedback to keep improving the product.

Cons

Honestly I don't have any complaints. It's still a young platform but new capabilities are being rolled out very quickly and what's already available has been extremely useful.

Being an open source test automation tool, it comes with solid documentation and each step is clearly laid out. That clarity makes it a strong option for anyone who wants better guidance throughout the testing process.

Cons

Something that gets tedious is having to enter the same single step value in every step. It means rewriting the code again and again which quickly feels repetitive. Also since the tool isn't very popular the available support is fairly limited.

It works especially well for team retrospectives and ongoing improvement efforts. The question templates are well thought out and do a good job of encouraging honest answers and valuable insights. I also appreciate how naturally it fits into existing team workflows without causing much disruption. The analytics and summary views make trends easy to identify and help teams make informed decisions. Overall it supports a culture of transparency, reflection and continuous growth :)

Cons

An area that could be better is customization which can feel a little limited when trying to customize questions for different teams. It would be helpful to have more control over question types, logic and branding so the experience can better match each team's needs and culture. More advanced reporting and export options would also be a nice addition for deeper analysis. With a bit more flexibility the platform could be even more impactful.
