“positive experience”
Pros
At AndaluzIA Marketing we've moved away from traditional SEO and put our attention on Generative Engine Optimization and THIS has become the tool we rely on most! The standout part for us is the "Ground Truth" monitoring feature because it shows exactly how platforms like ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity are interpreting and describing our clients in real time. Having visibility into citation sources and the reasoning behind why an LLM recommends one brand instead of another is incredibly valuable. That level of precision makes it possible to correct brand hallucinations and position our clients as the primary trusted sources.
Cons
Because GEO is changing so quickly getting comfortable with detailed LLM sentiment reports can be a little challenging at first especially for beginners. Also when data is being processed across several AI models at once it can occasionally take a bit longer. Still the depth and quality of the insights make that wait worthwhile.

“AI visibility done right”
Pros
It gives a clear view into how AI engines like ChatGPT build their answers, from query fan out and sub questions to the sources they cite. It goes beyond standard SEO by revealing the actual references shaping generative responses. The competitive comparisons and practical recommendations make it useful for strategy not just reporting.
Cons
Because this space is still developing I'd love to see more historical tracking and deeper benchmarking over time.

“Clean dashboard”
Pros
Right away the AI recommendations feel genuinely useful rather than generic. They highlight specific, actionable ways to improve content visibility across AI models, from spotting weak keywords to uncovering competitor mentions and missed search intent opportunities. The insights come across as strategic and well customizeed not like 'one size fits all' suggestions. The updated dashboard is another big win because it's clean, accessible and simple to move through even if your team isn't highly technical. It makes it quick to watch trends, track visibility shifts and pull up important performance metrics in only a few clicks. You can tell the redesign was built with real SEO and content professionals in mind.
Cons
One thing to keep in mind is that the reports are extremely detailed and loaded with useful information which is great for content strategists, SEO specialists and teams that rely heavily on data. They provide granular views into visibility, keyword performance, AI model rankings and competitor positioning and that level of detail can really strengthen strategic planning. The downside is that marketers who don't have much SEO or analytics experience may find the depth and technical wording a bit overwhelming at first. Adding more visual snapshots or simplified takeaways would make the data easier for wider marketing teams to digest. Still if you know how to work with this kind of reporting, the depth is absolutely one of its strongest points.
