“Very responsive team”
Pros
Right from the start the software felt accessible and well built and it connects smoothly with key platforms like Microsoft 365 and Google G Suite. The team behind it is flexible, proactive and forward thinking and they respond quickly whenever wishes or requests come up.
Cons
There is very little to complain about. Since it is a start up there are occasionally features I wish were already included but when the team is informed they tend to prioritize development to address those needs. Overall it is honestly a superb tool backed by a team that is excellent to work with.
