“Stellar support!”

Pros

Getting this up and running was easy and using it day to day has been just as simple. It offers a complete set of solutions and the support behind it has been amazing!

Cons

At this stage I really have not run into any shortcomings with the software itself. The only challenge sometimes is explaining AI to customers and helping educate them on how it works.

“powerful document automation”

Pros

We worked with this tool over the past 3 to 4 years and it has become part of our daily process for pulling information from multiple sources without much trouble. It made a real difference in helping us stay efficient especially while dealing with a shrinking workforce. When it's set up and trained properly it handles a lot of the heavy lifting and moves documents into cold storage with validation points in place to make sure everything ends up where it should. Their customer support has also been very helpful whenever major issues or bugs come up and the team clearly knows the product well.

Cons

It takes time to adjust because it may seem a bit difficult to use and extracting or processing data through its data models does not always feel accessible. But with a skilled enough architect behind it, you can get just about any information you need. One thing I really dislike is that training is behind a paywall even though it is extremely valuable and honestly necessary for new users. It also runs on a subscription model for access to the cloud based system which I am personally not a big fan of since I still prefer a thick client program but that is just the direction things seem to be going.

Pros

Having everything in one platform makes it possible to solve problems without needing extra tools. The accuracy of the data recognition and extraction is especially impressive.

Cons

Up to this point we've been very successful in solving problems with it so there really isn't anything to dislike.

“Great output”

Pros

Didn't take long to get comfortable with this tool and moving around the system feels easy. The scanning itself is very fast and the print quality comes out really sharp.

Cons

One issue I keep running into is the processing speed which feels slow. It would work much better for me if the software didn't break my scan into separate invoice payments. When I scan multiple pages at once I expect them to stay together as a single invoice payment.

“good scanning, frustrating hiccups”

Pros

It is pretty easy to use and working in it feels simple enough. It handles scanning my files really well and most of the time I don't run into many problems with it.

Cons

Every now and then it stops responding while I'm using it which slows down my scanning process. I also don't like that if an error comes up there isn't a way to go back to the previous step and correct it.

“Shows more potential”

Pros

Potentially it can bring a lot of efficiency gains across the organization. BIS also really backs the product and offers excellent customer support!

Cons

The UI customization options are somewhat limited although that has gotten better in the latest version.
