“practical multilingual training tool”
Pros
Getting started with it feels simple. The multilingual options and AI-assisted translations are especially useful and the multilingual subtitles really add value and round out the whole package. Customer support has also been excellent. It's a great way to create trainings that fit easily into the workday.
Cons
At the moment it still can't translate spoken text on its own without key notes although it seems they are already working on improving that.

“Simple training content boost”
Pros
From the start, this has been an simple and highly effective platform for building clear, engaging how-to video guides. It has really simplified the way we share knowledge internally and helped us turn complex processes into content that's much easier to follow. The product is improving quickly and features such as PowerPoint-to-video conversion and AI support make scaling content creation much more manageable. The localized voiceover quality is impressive as well which helps us deliver consistent training across multiple countries. On top of that, the support from our CSM, Hannah, made onboarding and adoption efficient and well organized.
Cons
Nothing to point out right now. The platform is continuing to develop in a very positive way.

“engaging documentation without the extra work”
Pros
One of the biggest advantages is not having to write scripts, record videos, edit footage or send everything to other teams for translation. This platform has saved our company weeks and in some cases even months, of editing and transcription work. As soon as you begin using it, it becomes clear how simple it is to build meaningful, engaging documentation for the right audience. Another major benefit is that viewers do not need to install extensions or any third-party apps. You can just share the URL and they can open it and watch immediately.

“fast browser workflow but unclear setup”
Pros
Right away the browser integration made this fit naturally into the way I already work online which is a big plus. It runs quickly and that speed definitely helps me get things done in less time. The overall design also gives a strong first impression because it looks polished and pleasant to use. Another thing I value is how seriously they seem to take customer support which makes the product feel dependable. On top of that, the interface lets me put together professional-looking support videos without much effort and in a short amount of time.
Cons
One issue still holding it back is the Dutch integration which currently is not very good. Making content feel more personalized for a client and polished enough to present still takes more time than it should so that part can be pretty time-consuming. The AI also does not always feel intelligent enough and that can reduce efficiency. On top of that even though getting started with the browser extension and creating an account is fairly simple, the setup itself is not explained clearly enough especially when it comes to account levels if you are not an administrator. That missing guidance made the beginning more confusing than necessary.

From the moment we started using it, the return on investment was faster than with any other software I've worked with. I can just open the app, hit record and instantly create a video tutorial in 40+ languages which honestly blew me away. It felt incredibly simple right from the start. The support and customer success teams have also been some of the most professional I've ever dealt with. Our onboarding was quick and well organized and the integrations made it possible to embed video tutorials almost anywhere within seconds. This platform has made a huge difference for our business by dramatically shortening onboarding time and reducing support requests by 80%.

Pros
Putting together polished, professional video guides with this tool is fast and effortless. The features save me a lot of time and they make documentation more engaging and much easier to share with both colleagues and external stakeholders. Hannah Levenson, the IT Customer Success Manager, was wonderful to work with as well. She gave clear, helpful guidance and made the entire experience feel enjoyable from start to finish. She was very responsive, answered my questions quickly and really made a positive impression. I also appreciated how proactive, supportive and open she was to our questions and feedback which made a real difference. It's reassuring to know someone is always available when questions come up and that level of responsiveness and reliability really adds to the overall experience of adopting the tool.

The platform is evolving fast, with new features being released regularly. A lot of the improvements we had originally hoped for are already on the way or being added. That said some AI voiceovers can still sound a bit robotic and a few customization and editing options feel somewhat limited when you want to fine-tune content in more detail. Even so, the product keeps improving and the team seems very responsive to user feedback.

The finished videos feel very natural to viewers, almost like the kind of content they are already used to watching which makes the presentation feel familiar and comfortable right away.
Cons
It can definitely produce high-quality videos but automatic translation tends to make some people settle for results that feel "good enough" instead of refining them further. That can lead to sloppy translations and weaker overall quality even though that's more about the user's quality standards than the software itself.

“Simple creation and responsive team”
Pros
Getting started with it feels really refreshing because the interface is so easy to use. A lot of the features are simple so you can pick things up quickly and begin creating without much of a learning curve. I also appreciate that new features are being added regularly for video creation. Another thing I've noticed is that they genuinely take customer feedback seriously and act on it. On top of that, our contact person has been very professional and pleasant to work with.
Cons
One downside is that it still means adding another tool to the workflow. We already rely on separate tools for our LMS and for building our e-learning content so having this as an additional platform can feel like extra overhead. It may be unrealistic but the ideal situation would be to handle everything in one single tool.
