“fast results”

Pros

Right away this software impressed me with how easy it is to use and how natural the AI generated voices sound. What I especially appreciate is how quickly I can put together professional voice recordings. It saves a lot of time and works really well for videos, marketing content and all kinds of creative projects!

Cons

Sometimes I'd still welcome a few more customization options for certain voices or finer adjustments. Even with that the software already comes with a very strong overall feature set.

“Amazing support”

Pros

From the start the tool has been simple to work with and the visuals look excellent! I haven't run into any trouble using the app and whenever something does come up, the support team is always available and quick to help resolve it.

Cons

I really haven't come across any downsides for the way I use this software. It covers everything I need and compared with other similar software I've tried this one doesn't leave me dealing with the same shortcomings or disappointing results.

Pros

It comes packed with features and really feels worth the price! It offers powerful tools for creating content which makes it a solid choice.

Cons

I'm still new to the app so I haven't run into any downsides yet. Up to this point, everything has been very positive and they keep rolling out upgrades.

“limited bulgarian voice options”

Pros

Using this tool for voiceovers in my animated clips with Video Express has been a pretty enjoyable experience. I can paste in longer text after selecting a voice whether male or female which makes the process convenient. Since I work in Bulgarian I'm especially pleased that the language is supported. The app also runs quickly and feels dependable overall. One thing I do miss though is being able to adjust the voice speed and pitch since that kind of control is available in Video Express.

Cons

A few pronunciation issues do come up although I'm already used to dealing with them because of my experience with the text to speech feature in Video Express. Another downside is that there are only three Bulgarian voices available. On top of that I can't really use options like project type, age or emotions. To be honest the text to speech feature in Video Express feels very similar to this tool and Video Express even gives me one additional voice to choose from.

Pros

Just minutes after buying the software I had already made three different audio versions for our community website. That really impressed me especially since I've used other text to speech tools before. For a one time purchase their apps offer a lot of value and I appreciate that they continue to release updates.

Cons

Honestly I haven't run into anything to dislike about the software. It's very easy to use and I was able to create audio content without even needing to go through the tutorials.

“realistic voices and bonus script writer”

Pros

The voices sound incredibly natural and human, not robotic like typical AI. They come across more like professional voiceover artists or voice actors. Another big plus is the Text Writer which was an unexpected bonus. It gives you everything you need to create scripts for the voices in one place.

Cons

While they sound professional, a lot of the voices are pretty similar to each other so it can be difficult to tell them apart. I'd also really like to see more accents added along with support for multi voice conversations.

“costly payment, outdated features”

Pros

There's a decent selection of human sounding voices in the service even if a few of them come across a lot like the usual AI voice options you can find elsewhere. One thing I did appreciate was the customer support. They communicate well, take time to respond and clearly put effort into keeping customers informed which feels reassuring.

Cons

The one time payment model sounds appealing at first. The problem is that with technology moving so quickly and the platform not keeping up with enough updates, that upfront cost starts to feel too expensive for features that other services eventually offer for free. It also comes bundled with a book writing chatbot that has grammar mistakes and struggles with coherence. On top of that the book writer wasn't able to finish even a short chapter length book.

Pros

Getting started with this software feels much more easy thanks to the simpler onboarding. It brings different messaging channels into one place, connects well with calendars and CRM tools and the searchable transcripts make it easier to go back and find past conversations. Role based access is also useful and the platform scales well as the team grows.

Cons

One downside is that it can sometimes oversimplify more complex or technical information which may reduce precision. It can also come across as a bit too informal or less professional depending on the situation.

“Good value”

Pros

Creating projects with this tool feels very accessible once you get going. I really enjoyed the avatars and the way they work with the voices I used. The audio and video quality are excellent too and for the price, this product delivers outstanding value.

Cons

There is a bit of difficulty at first and it takes some time to get familiar with the interface so you need to practice using it. After that it becomes much more manageable.

The integration features with other apps are really useful and managing everything from my computer at the desk is very convenient.

Cons

There aren't any emotional voice options available in Swedish and the voice quality still isn't very accurate when the avatar speaks.

Right from the first use the app felt incredibly easy. The range of voices is impressive, it only took one attempt to get everything working and the audio quality is excellent.

I didn't run into anything I disliked aside from having to keep typing just to meet the review requirement.

One of the best things about this software is that a single one time payment gives you access to a wide range of voices and unlimited possibilities for creating audio.

Cons

A downside with the tool is that the number of Polish voices is fairly limited. If you create content in Polish having more voice choices would make a noticeable difference. A broader selection with different styles and tones would help the generated audio feel more natural and fit a wider variety of projects better.

Pros

At the beginning this app could produce very natural, human like voices which really impressed me. My first impression was positive and the product seemed reliable and trustworthy!

Cons

That changed quickly once I needed help. I was suddenly unable to log in and access the voices I depended on for my work and despite reaching out again and again to support I never got any real assistance.

There's an impressive range of voices to choose from with plenty of options for gender, pitch, style and character. No matter what a project calls for there's a voice that fits.

Cons

I don't have any complaints. The team behind it is among the best in the AI software space and the tutorial support they provide is hard to match.

Pros

Getting started with this tool is very easy! The interface is clean and simple so turning text into natural sounding speech doesn't take much effort or technical know how. I also enjoy the selection of voices and the flexibility to create audio for different kinds of projects. It has been useful for videos, presentations and general content creation and it definitely saves time compared with recording everything by hand.

Cons

A part that still needs work is the voice expression and emphasis in some of the available voices. Even though the audio is clear certain voices can come across as a little flat depending on the script. I'd love to see more emotional range, better pacing controls and additional advanced voice settings in future updates so the speech feels more natural and dynamic.

Pros

Has been really useful for handling customer communication through automated messaging in a quick and efficient way. It helps me respond to questions faster and offer more personalized support which has improved customer satisfaction and even helped increase sales. It also cuts down on the time and resources I would normally spend while making the overall customer experience better.

Cons

One downside with this AI is that it doesn't have much emotional intelligence. Even though it does a strong job understanding and replying to language it can miss subtle emotional cues or tone in conversations. That said for creating audio for business use and videos which is how I use it, it still does the job perfectly well.

For a one time payment this is a good tool to get and it feels like really good value! The interface is clean, accessible and easy enough that it mostly explains itself so using it doesn't take much effort.

Cons

The biggest limitation is the lack of British voices both male and female. Even though the app advertises around 800 voices across many languages that only really matters if those options are useful in your own country.

Pros

It still amazes me that this app can take a single still photo and turn it into a realistic talking person. Seeing a lifeless image become so lifelike is honestly amazing.

Cons

Every now and then the lip sync is a little off from the speech or the image movements feel too fast. Still if I recreate it I can usually fix the issue myself without needing to reach out to customer support.
