Offer exceptional service

Pros

The team at iAdvize takes the time to really understand your business needs. They are extremely helpful when problems come up and they have really gone the extra mile to make sure the generative AI bot is running at its best for us.

Cons

I would love to see their product range expand to include full website search. I am so confident in their capabilities that I would be excited to see what they could do in this area.

Among the few reliable agencies

Pros

We are really happy with the service this software provides. Unlike many providers who become unresponsive after signing a contract, they deliver excellent service with quick responses. Since using the chat box our conversion rates have more than tripled. And yes we are excited to see what else this system can do as it becomes more integrated into our website. I highly recommend the team and their AI technology.

Cons

The only downside is that its not free, but honestly, the price is very fair for the quality and service we receive

Pros

The product is highly effective and easy to use making it a smooth addition to our workflow. What really stands out is the team's dedication. Pros

iAdvize is pretty easy to use and delivers excellent performance. The onboarding support made setup a simple task for us and their continuous support is truly top tier.

Cons

Some integrations don't work as smoothly as we anticipated which sometimes requires extra troubleshooting.

Truly the best in the business

Pros

This tool is simply the best for our customers offering excellent support and a smooth, easy setup process. Overall it makes everything more efficient and user friendly.

Cons

An amazing company with massive growth potential

Pros

Great value for the price as it helps us get better qualified leads for our human reps while the AI handles simpler queries. What we really like is the excellent, hands on support that makes everything run smoothly.

Cons

It is still fairly new so occasionally new features are in beta. This is not a con but just a part of the platform that's growing and improving.

Ideal for smaller teams

Pros

I love how it has massively increased our teams productivity by handling routine tasks and being available around the clock. Plus the chatbot feels like having extra teammates for our small team.

Cons

The customer's limited knowledge of the industry made handling complex questions a bit harder but we managed to resolve everything quickly!

Pros

Implementing it was quick, easy and simple to update. Overall it is a fantastic tool for engaging with customers, even when you are unavailable ensuring constant communication and support.

Got the hang of it quickly

Pros

The setup is fast, the reporting features are excellent and the dashboard is pretty easy to use making everything simple for us to manage and track.

Cons

One thing I noticed is that the chatbox UX interface and mobile experience could use some improvement as it's not the best.

Good but can be a lot better

Pros

Well, the ability to automatically translate between multiple languages is amazing, and honestly, its my favorite feature

Cons

The only issue I have had so far is a slight delay in receiving the first question on the mobile platform which causes a lower rating since we cannot respond within the first 30 seconds.
