IBM WatsonX is very helpful

Pros

The software offers a high level of customization and is quite simple, easily understanding human language. It allows for adjustable parameters, efficient code generation, and operates with transparent and reliable AI.

Cons

I find it helpful when assistants suggest getting human help early on if the conversation starts to stray into different topics.

Highly recommended - IBM Watsonx

Pros

This software is well-established, featuring industry catalogs that make it simple to build and maintain AI solutions. It comes with ready-to-use integrations, advanced LLM models, and the option to incorporate your own LLM, plus it includes an omni-channel capability.

Cons

The pricing is based on the number of users. It would be better if it were based on usage, like charging per message.

Building chatbots has never been easier

Pros

IBM Watson Assist is very simple to use, even for those who are not programming experts. You simply need to respond to a series of guided questions that lead you to the final product. The real-time preview feature is handy, especially when exploring different bot-building options, allowing you to select the model that best fits your needs.

Cons

One minor issue is that the models are somewhat basic. I would prefer them to be organized by complexity so that less experienced users can select models appropriate for their skill level.

Intelligent bots to improve customer care

Pros

The flexibility of IBM Watson Assistant stands out as a major benefit. The software-based chatbots can engage users across various channels like web pages or instant messaging apps, enhancing the chatbot experience. With machine learning and natural language processing, it can interpret user text inputs, provide coherent responses, and improve over time based on user feedback. Once users interact with the chatbot, it can segment them and remember past conversations, offering more consistent and personalized answers. Integrating the software with existing IT infrastructure is easy, and IBM's technical support is prompt in providing detailed assistance to resolve any issues.

Cons

The product isn't easy to use in every aspect. To build advanced chatbots that provide consistent answers and avoid frustrating users, thereby not achieving the intended goal of improving customer care, requires many months of work and ongoing adjustments. The underlying technology is not yet capable of handling overly ambiguous or poorly phrased questions, so in these cases, the chat needs to be redirected to a real operator.

One of the Robust Conversational AI Provider I have used so fae

Pros

I've found that the NLP algorithm is highly developed on this software. After using it for a year, I'm quite satisfied with its features and performance.

Cons

It would be great if there were more response options and features like checkboxes, dropdowns, and radio buttons available.

Advanced but Simple and Smart Virtual Agent

Pros

Creating truly intelligent chatbots is now much simpler and doesn't require extensive coding skills, thanks to the software's user-friendliness and rich feature set.

Cons

The search bar needs improvement. When working with large models, it sometimes feels like I'm lost. It should support more languages, and data extraction should be quicker and easier.

Easiest way to build AI chatbots

Pros

I appreciate how easily Watson Assistant can be deployed for my clients, allowing them to use it without needing to reach out to us. It helps them manage most of their customer service tasks without additional employees. Key features I value include Text to Speech, optical character recognition, keyword extraction, and named entity recognition, all of which are convincing enough for my clients.

Cons

The User Interface needs enhancement, and it currently lacks support for regional languages. Data visualization could be improved, and the documentation needs to be much better, as troubleshooting issues is often challenging and finding solutions is difficult.
