“Easy to use”
Pros
Using this platform feels pretty easy and it doesn't take much effort to get comfortable with it. I especially appreciate the way it checks in on how mindful we're feeling each day.
Cons
One issue is that it has trouble accepting links or source material and properly verifying the information in them.

“conversations that feel natural!”
Pros
One thing I really appreciate about the tool is how natural and conversational it feels! Talking with it feels more like chatting with a real person than interacting with a typical bot since the responses are thoughtful and engaging. It also does a nice job of remembering the context from earlier messages which keeps the conversation flowing in a friendly and more personal way.
Cons
Honestly there is not much to complain about with this app, it is easy and very simple to use!

Pros
It comes across as genuinely empathetic and feels surprisingly human in the way it responds even showing emotion in a very natural way.
Cons
At times the responses can be a little slow which gets a bit frustrating.
