“slow support and missing basics”
Pros
It's customizable and if you have a dedicated technical team working on it, it can be a decent option.
Cons
In our case we only use the whatsapp bot so this feedback doesn't strictly apply to their chat bot. From what we've experienced customer support is pretty disappointing especially when it comes to response times. Once you finally manage to get a meeting with them the experience itself isn't that bad but you may have to wait a week or even longer for that to happen. That's a problem when the technical issues, bugs and missing features are on their side. On top of that there isn't much support documentation and the available options feel very basic with missing elements in things like message lists and the send and wait message type.

“custom bots across channels”
Pros
Being able to customize the bots to each client's specific needs is a big advantage. It also helps that there are different options depending on the product and the bot can connect through multiple channels both text and voice.
Cons
The interaction packages being sold in blocks tends to frustrate clients. If they go over their contracted usage they have to pay for a full extra package of minutes and even after paying for it those unused minutes cannot be carried over to the next month. I'd also add that the onboarding cost feels high.
