“flexible platform”
Pros
I noticed this platform was very well-built and flexible, like it was designed by people who really understand this kind of work. The customer service has also been better than expected and we were able to use the system to do exactly what it promised.
Cons
One downside is that it feels somewhat expensive and in some cases, hiring several new employees might end up doing just as good a job.
