“Positive experience overall”
Pros
This software brought real structure to our huge mix of data and files. It's not only helping us find answers but also showing where those answers come from which adds a lot of trust and context. The option to tailor the experience for different departments has been truly transformative for our team.
Cons
Nothing specific to point out right now. There were a few minor issues at the start but Korra addressed them during the implementation process.

“responsive team”
Pros
The product has been excellent and one thing I especially appreciate is how their team takes the time to understand exactly what we're trying to achieve with it.
Cons
At the beginning, the process felt like it involved quite a bit of trial and error. That said, whenever we've run into issues or had concerns, they've been handled very quickly.

“Smart AI and video search”
Pros
One thing that really stands out is the AI integration. The responses feel a lot like ChatGPT and I appreciate being able to upload different types of media in one place. It's also very useful that Korra can search through video content which adds a lot of value.
Cons
We've only recently launched so it's still too early to give any meaningful feedback on the downsides.

“fantastic search results”
Pros
Running a video production platform focused on reviews and other high-volume use cases for standardized videos, we put its advanced video search through its paces on our content library. It turned out to be extremely accurate at surfacing relevant results for specific questions. Another big plus was how little effort it took to get started, there were no complicated integrations involved and the whole setup was done in under five minutes.
Cons
I haven't run into any noticeable downsides. They're not trying to sell it as some magical AI fix for everything but the capabilities they do offer are handled exceptionally well.

“smart AI features”
Pros
Instead of digging through everything myself, the AI pulls up the most relevant information I need which saves a lot of time and effort.
Cons
A few interface adjustments would make the experience better especially in some of the modules.

“Good software!”
Pros
The best parts is being able to jump straight to the exact information I need, including the specific moment in a video and the exact section inside a long document. That level of precision is incredibly useful.
Cons
Im excited to see the additional features that are still in development.

“rapid KB setup wins”
Pros
Getting a knowledge base up and running with it was fast and simple. With the current wave of generative AI, it opened the door to rapid development just by uploading documents and videos. Korra doesn't make you build the KB by systematically creating "articles," which was a huge advantage for an organization like ours that had information scattered across different documents and no real knowledge base in place. We were able to put together an organization-wide KB in less than a week simply by gathering our files and loading them into the software.
Cons
Since it is still a startup product, a few features you'd normally expect from established KM/KB platforms are still missing. It feels more like an AI tool that's evolving into a KM/KB system rather than a traditional knowledge management product that later added AI capabilities. Things like standard KM workflows and processes for keeping documents and information current aren't really there yet. That wasn't a dealbreaker during our pilot but over time it could become a real issue if those gaps aren't addressed.

“Gives accurate answers”
Pros
Compared with similar tools, this one gives more accurate answers and I really appreciate that the answer is highlighted right inside the document. It supports PDFs, DOC files and PPTs and overall it's very simple to use.
Cons
I'd still like a bit more control over some features, such as choosing how many results are displayed. It also includes portal-building capabilities that we don't really use and PPT presentations sometimes have font issues.

“offers quick value”
Pros
It only took a few minutes to set everything up and aside from the time the system needed to analyze my corpus, it delivered value almost immediately.
Cons
The presentation of the results could be improved a bit.
