The interface is easy to navigate, and the mechanisms are simple to work with.

Cons

In some projects, the images are "locked" to indicate project completion, even though images are still available for labeling. The service is slower than usual, about 1 in 50 times.

I like the collaboration features for multiple users, as well as the ability to integrate a wide range of functions.

Cons

Being very precise with image segmentation can be difficult. Small adjustments are not easy, and often the whole mask becomes blurry when trying to remove or add parts within the mask. Addressing these issues has been quite frustrating recently.

The project setup tools are really helpful. There are lots of options to choose from, and everything is easy. Reviewing outputs is also quite simple.

Cons

Generating reports sometimes experiences lag. Reviewing outputs, especially image annotations, can be difficult, as you often need to search again to find a specific image.

The UI is super user-friendly, and the dashboard is really approachable. It's easy to keep track of progress on tasks, and the filter system works exceptionally well.

Cons

At the moment, there's nothing I particularly dislike. However, improving the filter system to include time-based filters would be beneficial.
