“Avoid wasting time and money on it
Pros
Honestly I do not have anything to share when it comes to pros.
Cons
Well do not bother wasting your time or money on this. I gave it a shot for a full two months, working closely with my dev team and it was a disaster. The WhatsApp automation would not work, the web platform was full of glitches and a lot of the features simply did not function. Plus we experienced random downtimes including one that lasted 25 minutes. We even sent two separate bug reports listing everything wrong but nothing ever got fixed. Also it is clearly a mess on the backend.

“Hard to set up with no assistance
Pros
At first glance it looked like the perfect chatbot solution. What really caught our attention was its auto translation feature as it seemed quite useful to us.
Cons
After signing up you are kind of on your own. Apart from some back and forth emails with support that often lacked clear answers, I did not get much guidance. Once you build out a full workflow, you start seeing where the real limitations are. You have to apply conditions one at a time and they are case sensitive which just adds to the confusion.

Pros
It has a great and modern design and is packed with useful features. Plus I find it pretty simple to use as I get the hang of it with no problem.
Cons
Things go quite well at first but once our bot gets more advanced, it becomes easy to lose track of what is happening. Also it is hard to manage the overall picture when things get complicated.

Pros
What makes Landbot stand out is how beginner friendly it is. You can build your first bot in minutes just by dragging and connecting blocks. And even though it is simple the best thing is that I still have the power to customize it and hook it up to a CRM using webhooks.
Cons
It is tough to point out anything really negative with it but I will say it is a bit on the pricey side. So if you want the more advanced tools, you are looking at about 80 bucks a month. Yes it is not cheap but in my opinion, it is still worth it for what you get.

Pros
This tool works really well for smaller or mid sized companies like ours. On our website it helps us keep track of visitors in a clear and organized way and offer support when needed.
Cons
Let me tell you setting up the WhatsApp bot is not a walk in the park and it definitely leans toward the expensive side. I think it could be easier and more affordable overall.

Pros
Landbot's interface is honestly a joy to work with. It runs smoothly, does not glitch, auto saves often and even lets me undo changes if needed. It is like I always feel in control.
Cons
For me the pricing is where it falls short especially if you are working with a team. Having multiple users tied to one chatbot means paying extra and that adds up fast. Also I would love to see a single bot plan that includes all the integrations and features at a more reasonable price point.

“Very user-friendly
Pros
What I really like the most is how easy it is to jump in and use it. At the same time it is quite flexible when it comes to keeping things updated and managing it long term.
Cons
When you want to transition into a coding environment it does not feel very smooth to me. Also I feel like it would have been nice to have more low code options that help bridge the gap without needing full on development.

“A friendly and professional support team
Pros
I have tried other chatbot tools but Landbot has been my go to for nearly three years now. One thing I really want to highlight is their support team as they always respond quickly and professionally, no matter the question. Plus they are constantly rolling out cool new features every month. In short I cannot recommend it enough.
Cons
Well I would really like to see a more budget friendly and beginner level setup for creating WhatsApp bots. And right now it is too expensive and not very beginner friendly.

The chatbot builder is quite simple and I love how easy it is to hook up different tools and services through integrations.
Cons
There is no native multi language support out of the box. Though you can make it work using code but I wish it was built in and easier for non coders to handle.

Pros
I checked out a lot of options and this one came out on top for me. Also it is complete, user friendly, affordable and their support is awesome too. Overall it really checks every box.
Cons
Well I love it more if they added more plug and play integrations. Also something like Zendesk or other customer support apps would be a great addition and make things much more seamless.

Pros
It is the best when it comes to usability, offers lots of ways to design our conversations and gives us full control over the bot's look. Plus the integration with Zapier, Dialogflow and APIs is smooth, even the docs and community are top tier.
Cons
I think it would be awesome to have a way to import or export bots using a clear, shareable format like a .json file. Maybe they are already working on this but I really hope it becomes available soon.

Pros
Not only is it simple but quite easy to use too. Also it includes a powerful set of built in integrations and with webhooks as I can connect it to just about any software that has an API.
Cons
There is not much that stands out as a major flaw to me but one thing I noticed is you cannot use custom domain URLs directly from the it and that would have been helpful.

Pros
Setting up a bot is was a simple task like way too simple than I expected and I can make it do some cool stuff with API links. Plus in just a few minutes you can throw it onto a landing page and start pulling in leads. The best thing is that now it even works with your WhatsApp Business account.
Cons
Adding a custom CNAME is possible but the process is more complicated than it should be. I feel like it would be great if they simplified that part of the setup.

Pros
What I love most about Landbot is its visual drag and drop editor as it is quite easy to use. Also you do not need any coding skills at all. You just start building your bot piece by piece in a very visual way and you can clearly see how everything connects.
Cons
At first it feels pretty easy to use but once we try to build something a bit more complex, things get messy fast. Also it would be much better if we could break bots into sections and toggle which ones are visible while working. That would help a lot with focusing on individual parts without losing the big picture.

It is way too beginner friendly as you do not need any tech background. Plus the builder is pretty user friendly, the bot looks great on the front end and I like the support team as they are always friendly and quick to help.
Cons
I really wish it had stronger natural language processing tools. Even now it does okay but more advanced NLP capabilities would take it to the next level.

Pros
Well it is pretty easy to use until you run into a problem. Also they are very responsive when you are still deciding whether to buy but once you have paid, let me tell you the support kind of vanishes.
Cons

Pros
There is a lot I like especially how it connects easily with major channels like WhatsApp, Messenger and your website. Also you can link it to tools like Salesforce, Zapier and more, which makes it even more powerful.
Cons
A mobile app would be a great addition something where we can chat directly with our customers while on the go. That is definitely something missing right now.
