Pros

At first glance, the feature set looks impressive on paper. It presents a wide range of AI music creation tools and workflows that seem built to support different kinds of creative projects.

Cons

Once I actually used the platform, it felt much more limited than the marketing suggested and the workflow didn't live up to the expectations that were set. Also, customer support was disappointing. I asked for a same-day refund but the request was denied without any flexibility or effort to work with the situation which left me with a very negative overall impression of the platform.

Pros

The platform sent affiliate payment after quite some delay. Im still open to continuing with them and I'd be happy to rate it higher if future payouts are handled more reliably, with clearer communication and on-time processing.

Cons

The downside was that the affiliate payment stayed pending well past the stated Net-30 timeline. It ended up being delayed by about 20 days and support gave very little communication even after several follow-ups. That lack of transparency, along with slow responses, was frustrating especially since I came across similar complaints from other affiliates about delayed payments and poor communication.
