Using its AI Studio has been a really enjoyable way to learn while creating videos with music and eye-catching images for kids' stories. From what Ive seen, this platform stands out as the best for that kind of creative work.

“Voice quality is amazing”

Pros

While looking into voice solutions for my business, we had a lot of questions along the way. Jason from customer support was incredibly helpful and really went the extra mile to assist us. He replied quickly, stayed responsive and made the whole process much easier. Huge thanks to Jason for all the help.

In the end, the processing speed just wasn't fast enough for what we needed in our chatbot which was disappointing. That said, the voice choices were excellent and the UK English options in particular were better than what we heard from other providers.

“Loved using it!!”

Using Genny by LOVO AI has been a really positive experience. The text-to-speech tool feels adaptive, the German voices sound excellent and the web platform is very simple to use. I especially enjoyed listening to my own texts read aloud and it was particularly helpful for poems since it made it much easier to check the rhythm and flow. I also want to mention the friendly customer service especially Jason, who responded to my questions about canceling my subscription quickly and kindly. I can genuinely recommend this AI service. Thank you very much!

“false trial and broken promises”

Pros

There's nothing positive I can point to. The concept itself sounds good but the execution is terrible and the subscription model feels deceptive.

Cons

This company comes across as fraudulent. They previously sold a lifetime subscription for their text-to-speech product, then took it away. Now their newer product, Genny, promotes a free trial but that feels like false advertising and a complete waste of users' time. You can spend all that time creating content, only to find out you Cant even download it unless you pay. That's not a real free trial at all.

“Great tool !”

Pros

Ive been using it for past two months and it has been a really positive experience especially for voice generation. Creating audio is very simple too, you just paste in the text and generate the voice. The platform itself feels simple and user-friendly which makes the whole process comfortable to work with. One of the biggest reasons for choosing it was the voice quality and it fully lived up to what I expected. It also offers a lot of variety, with multiple languages and a wide selection of voice styles. Overall, it has been a very useful tool for our animation company, helping with several projects while keeping video production costs under control. Instead of bringing in voice artists for every single project, it has made the voice-over workflow much quicker, more efficient and far more budget-friendly.

Cons

A few regional languages still need improvement especially since I have also used PlayHT and noticed the difference there. Another thing that feels disappointing is that even when I am only testing text, not exporting it, the generated voice still gets counted against the monthly time limit. I would really prefer it if usage were deducted only for downloaded voice samples. In this type of work, you usually need to test and retest several times before deciding whether a voice actually fits the project so practice and trial generation should ideally not count toward the duration limit. Other than these points, I have not come across any major issues.
