“Adaptive interface”
Pros
Using this software has been very simple because the interface is clear and simple to navigate. The implementation and integration process also went without trouble which made getting started much easier. the support from the LB team has been excellent. In the It app, all that's really needed is to review the current results a few times during the week.
Cons
All has been working really well and I don't have any complaints.

“It's a good tool!”
Pros
This tool helped us fix a long-standing issue with our internal search something that was extremely difficult to improve using the search tools built into our native CMS.
Cons
One thing that was missing for quite a while was analytics so we couldn't really see how people were using the search. That's been addressed now though and at this point I don't have any other issues to deal with.

We observed better conversion rates from the get go. The product suggestions have also been really helpful for growing the business and the personal approach from LB makes the whole experience feel much more tailored.
Cons
Because it offers so many options, it can sometimes be a bit hard to navigate everything when trying to improve the numbers.

Pros
Right away, it covers all the essentials I need, including rule-based merchandising, synonyms and synonym suggestions that are surprisingly accurate and even an A/B testing tool. Also, the core functionality is highly automated so it doesn't require much manual effort to keep things running.
Cons
The weak spot is the analytics. They're missing options for comparing against previous periods and for tracking metric trends over time.
