Getting this software connected to our store only took one afternoon and right away the self-learning autocomplete, semantic ranking and cross-sell widgets started highlighting the most relevant products. It moves shoppers from search to checkout with barely any manual setup or ongoing tuning.

Cons

There really are no major issues on our side but the more detailed analytics screens are tucked a bit deeper into the menu than expected. Also, once your catalog grows beyond the starting tier, the jump between pricing plans becomes a little unclear.

I Cant point to any downsides. It did take me a good while when learning to use every feature but the tech support team is always there and very helpful.

Once everything is set up, It works exactly as expected and you can keep monitoring the data it collects on an ongoing basis. Whenever help is needed, the It support team responds quickly and is always helpful.
