There really are no major issues on our side but the more detailed analytics screens are tucked a bit deeper into the menu than expected. Also, once your catalog grows beyond the starting tier, the jump between pricing plans becomes a little unclear.

Whenever help is needed, the It support team responds quickly and is always helpful.
