“Secure recordings and huge storage”

Pros

Using it has been a really positive experience. It's simple to use, extremely dependable and offers what feels like almost unlimited storage for meeting recordings. Ive had zero downtime with it and after trying several other tools in this category, it has easily outperformed the rest.

Cons

One downside is that the backend area for searching and reviewing content can be a bit slow to load. The AI chat feature also needs work since it only lets you search through the most recent meetings instead of your full history. I'd also love to see support for more meeting platforms.

“accurate transcripts and great support”

Pros

Long interviews are transcribed very accurately, the customer support has been excellent and the platform is simple to use. Im very pleased with this purchase.

Cons

I really don't have any complaints because it performs exactly the way it should. The only thing I'd add is a non-meeting mode for transcribing other types of content since right now my transcripts are formatted like they came from a meeting even though that isn't how I use it.

Pros

Transcription tool is outstanding and very easy to use during virtual meetings with clients.

Cons

After using it for at least three years, Ive seen the experience keep getting better over time. One feature that would make it even better would be the ability to record offline on mobile.

“Our go-to for all transcription needs!”

Pros

It has become our go-to for all meeting transcription and reporting. Its AI features do an excellent job, the platform is simple to use and several clients have been genuinely impressed by the transcripts they received after meetings. A few of them even ended up signing up for it themselves. We use it every week for our meetings and it's also nice to see the product keep getting better with new features added regularly.

Cons

There was a time when changing meeting times inside the app felt pretty tiring but aside from that, it really covers everything we need.

“handy transcripts”

Pros

One feature I especially appreciate is being able to upload meeting recordings after the meeting is already over. It's also convenient to share a link to the transcript and meeting insights with other people and they can view everything without needing to create an account.

Cons

Nothing significant really stands out as a problem. The only minor issue Ive noticed is that the software occasionally mishears certain words so I have to go back and manually correct them in the transcript afterward.

Pros

The transcripts it generates for video meetings are genuinely excellent.

Cons

Adding the it bot to an instant Google meeting can be a bit tricky.

“fantastic summaries!!”

Pros

Getting this up and running took almost no time. I linked it with Google Workspace and it automatically checks my calendar for meetings that include Meet, Teams or Zoom links, then joins them on its own since I enabled that option. The transcript and summary usually arrive by email pretty fast once the meeting ends. Ive also stacked its summaries up against another tool in the same category and it consistently does a much better job. Even other people I know who use similar software have pointed out how strong the summaries are.

Cons

Its AI side could really improve. It would be much better if you could customize the notes using the transcript after everything has already been generated.

“Disappointing product”

Pros

Their landing page looked polished and appealing which definitely helps draw people in.

Cons

Once I started using it, the product barely functioned. It wouldn't join some meetings at all and even when it did, the notes were often inaccurate. it was very difficult to use. I ended up switching to a competitor and their product has been far better.

“call transcripts are a lifesaver”

Pros

Working as a freelancer means Im constantly on calls with clients to give project updates and details can easily slip through the cracks. The call transcripts have been incredibly helpful because I can revisit exactly what was discussed, confirm that my work matches what was requested and clear up any confusion later on. If a client ends up remembering a conversation differently, there's at least a neutral and objective record of what was actually said and who was right.

Cons

The sentiment analysis still misses the mark at times when it tries to detect different tones of voice during meetings. It struggles more with conversations in different languages and it also has trouble when multiple people speak over one another.

“meeting recordings work great”

Pros

A feature I genuinely enjoy is that it records meetings and turns them into transcripts right away. After that, it breaks everything down and points out the next action items which is really useful. I also tend to explain ideas pretty quickly and not everyone on my team catches everything the first time. With it, they can replay the recording and follow along with the transcript at the same time which makes communication much easier.

Cons

Every now and then, the transcription gets a few things wrong although it can be pretty funny when that happens.

“Meeting summaries really help”

Pros

it makes meetings much easier to keep track of. I'd still jot down my own notes but having both a transcript and a summary afterward is really useful.

Cons

One downside is that it doesn't offer real-time transcription and analyzing an uploaded meeting takes longer than it should.
