“Helped with organization”
Pros
Daily work feels much more organized with this tool. It helps boost team productivity by streamlining routine tasks and automating actions across different business systems. That has also helped cut down on manual mistakes, improved employee satisfaction and saved time when making decisions. The predefined templates are especially useful for building flows without much effort.
Cons
There is nothing major to complain about overall. That said it does occasionally lag which can be frustrating at times. It may be tied to the underlying infrastructure. The interface could also be more adaptive since there are moments when it feels a little slow or not as responsive as it should be.

“strong microsoft integration”
Pros
Being in the Microsoft ecosystem makes this a strong option for linking Microsoft tools together. The platform is generally reliable in day-to-day use, aside from the occasional time when it doesn't run. The newer AI features are also a welcome addition and add some extra value.
Cons
When you stack it up against other automation platforms, it comes with fewer connectors and overall features. The interface has that classic Microsoft feel which means it isn't particularly exciting or very adaptive to use. I haven't had to contact support yet but based on my experience with their other products, I'd expect response times to be slow.

“Makes repetitive tasks manageable”
Pros
One thing that really stands out with it is how approachable it is for people who are not developers. The drag-and-drop builder and prebuilt connectors make it possible to create workflows quickly without needing much coding experience. It also works really well with Microsoft products such as Outlook, Excel and SharePoint which makes it especially useful for everyday business operations. Another big advantage is how effectively it manages repetitive tasks like sending email notifications, handling files and processing approvals which cuts down a lot of manual work. The cloud-based execution and scheduling options make it dependable for unattended automation.
Cons
Havent had a bad experience with it yet!

“powerful automation with handy connectors”
Pros
Day-to-day repetitive work is exactly where It has been most useful for me especially for tasks that are too tedious to handle manually. It does a strong job with automation and process management. The interface feels user-friendly and simple and the drag-and-drop design makes building flows much more manageable. There's also an advanced coding space which adds a lot of value when more customization is needed. Getting started doesn't take long, the initial setup is pretty quick and it helps simplify even fairly complex tasks. The integrations and connectors are another big plus and make the platform even more practical to use.
Cons
The error messages could be much clearer since they're often not very helpful. Reusability can also be a challenge at times.

“A good software!”
Pros
What works well with here is how it automates workflows and moves data around efficiently across our Microsoft environment. It's especially useful for taking actions on emails and attachments. Overall it performs reliably and the strong security is a big plus since it's part of the trusted Microsoft ecosystem.
Cons
Its interface still has room for improvement because it isn't very user-friendly. The AI assistance also needs to be better especially when it comes to helping with technical issues. the initial setup was fairly challenging and I had to rely on AI tools to get everything configured and to better understand how the flows work.

“flexible connectors and integrations”
Pros
There's a strong range of ready-made connectors and triggers available and it's also nice that you can build your own integrations through HTTP/HTTPS calls when needed. The updated UI is fairly good and having the option to switch back to the classic version is a plus if that's what you prefer. It also includes Copilot integrations.
Cons
Newer "modern" interface still feels a bit awkward in places and it tends to push AI/Copilot into the workflow even when it doesn't really make sense.

“Smart automations save the day”
Pros
The updated Power Automate design feels very simple and easy to follow. Even someone without any coding background can pick it up quickly and begin automating tasks. Troubleshooting is also convenient because the run history makes it simple to trace issues and identify exactly where something failed. Its integration with SharePoint and OneDrive is especially useful. Microsoft support can be slow to respond but they usually provide the correct solution in the end. The pricing is reasonable as well. Flow performance is impressive and even more advanced workflows run within seconds. Compose actions complete almost instantly. Features like retry policy, concurrency control and pagination add a lot of value. The AI built into Power Automate is also helpful for quickly understanding which action to use making the whole process faster.
Cons
One drawback is the delay in Microsoft's response after submitting a support ticket and a quicker turnaround would definitely improve the experience. Another issue is that when several users try to edit the same flow, it can become permanently corrupted.

“Automations that save time!!”
Pros
This tool has been a really useful tool for cutting down repetitive work and making day-to-day processes more efficient. It feels approachable for beginners and the ready-made templates help get things running quickly without much hassle. I use it often because it saves me a lot of time and the integration with Microsoft 365 along with many third-party apps works very well. It also comes with plenty of capabilities, whether you need basic workflows or more advanced automations with AI features. Whenever I need help, the documentation and community forums have been reliable and informative.
Cons
Things can become more complicated once you start creating advanced flows and fixing errors can be frustrating because the messages are not always very clear. Some of the most valuable features are locked behind paid plans which makes the free version feel limited. Debugging integrations across multiple apps can also be difficult and flows may fail when there is an internet interruption. In the end, even though it is a powerful platform, the learning curve and occasional restrictions can slow down progress.

“Fairly priced”
Pros
It connects with a wide range of connectors and that really works for us. The platform is very user-friendly too so the flow is simple to follow and development doesn't feel complicated. It works nicely with SharePoint, Outlook and many other services in the same space. Another big advantage is that the licensing cost is lower compared to other RPA tools like UiPath. it can also be integrated with AI which opens up even more business use cases.
Cons
When I compare it with other RPA tools such as UiPath, it does seem a bit slower. Also, even though the standard license and starting cost are relatively affordable, many connectors still come with additional charges so the total cost can increase depending on what you need to use.
