24/7 call handling done right

Pros

It did an amazing job fitting into our workflow at Mold Busters. The AI-driven system handles incoming calls around the clock and genuinely feels like part of our team rather than just another tool. It takes care of customer questions, qualifies leads and even books appointments without skipping a step which gives our internal staff more time to focus on the hands-on side of the business. Another big plus is how customizable it is. We were able to adjust the responses and workflows to suit our operation so the AI comes across as personal and aligned with our brand. their support team has been outstanding, guiding us through the setup and customization process from start to finish so we could get up and running quickly.

Cons

Getting started did involve a slight learning curve particularly when we were trying to fine-tune the AI around industry-specific language and terminology used in mold remediation. That part took some extra back-and-forth and a few rounds of adjustments. Still, with help from the their support team, the system has become much more accurate over time. It simply required a few additional steps to make everything line up with our particular use cases.
