“Simple workflow”

Pros

Getting started with the software was very simple and the results are presented clearly. One thing missing though, is a "save as" option.

Cons

Pros

Implementation was very simple. The documentation is strong, includes useful examples and the customer support has been excellent.

I feel there's still some room for improvement.

“Fantastic software!”

Pros

Its so much easier to get started with a project especially when importing media and the story panel feels very simple to work with. I also appreciated how much versatility the software offers while still keeping the interface simple.

Cons

Something that bothered me was how unadaptive it was to locate the tools for emotional analysis and editing, to the point that I had to search Google to find them. I also wasn't too fond of the screen that appears when launching the software because, while it does make project creation quick, I'd rather have a default workspace already open, even if it were just a testing environment.

“emotion graph sensitivity limits”

Pros

There's a playful feel to it when using it and that's really how Ive approached it. I haven't used it in the intended or "proper" way at all...mostly just as a source of inspiration.

Cons

I do wish there were a way to adjust how sensitive the graphs are to the emotions being shown. Lowering that sensitivity a little would make the graphs easier to read like a musical score and give me more room to experiment with them.

“fantastic real-time sentiment detection”

Pros

I appreciated how easy the whole initial set up process was, at least for our project where we were working on detecting user emotions, mainly happiness and sadness...while they viewed their Instagram or Facebook photos. I was also really impressed by how many different emotions it can identify in real time.

Cons

The part I liked least was the load it puts on the browser. In some moments during the process, the browser would basically freeze on us, haha. It happened especially when generating the real-time emotion charts.

“Simple integration that actually works”

Pros

JavaScript integration was simple and it worked well alongside other libraries. The results it delivers are also very accurate.

Cons

One thing that would make it even better is having an option to improve or fine-tune the platform's training.

Pros

It does exactly what it promises and once you've spent a little time with it, using it feels pretty simple.

Cons

First impression can be a little confusing but after getting familiar with it, you start seeing the benefits it's supposed to deliver.
