“excellent transcription”
Pros
Uploading and organizing videos is simple, embedding them is simple and the player has a really polished look. The interface feels clean and uncluttered and the transcription quality is excellent.
Cons
Only downside is that I have to download the closed captions and then upload them back to the video myself. It would be much better if captions could be added automatically.

Pros
One thing that really stands out is the speed. Videos upload quickly, load without delay and play right away. I never run into buffering issues.
Cons
Would have liked a bit more simplicity and more player options for organizing video collections but customer support always replied quickly, gave helpful guidance and resolved any issues almost immediately.

Cons
Ive run into an issue with the embed feature on my membership site. The support team was incredibly helpful and offered a few workaround options but unfortunately only the basic embed stays stable and it still doesn't fit properly inside the container.

“Affordable video hosting!”
Pros
It is a simple online platform for organizing, showcasing and sharing videos. It includes 500 GB of storage with unlimited bandwidth and the pricing is a big advantage since it is one of the more affordable options at around $4 to $5 per month. Uploads are quite fast, file analysis is quick and the user controls respond well. I also noticed that uploads can resume which is very useful. It comes with AI features such as detecting text, faces, objects and speech although those were not very helpful for us because most of our videos are in Arabic or Urdu. Another nice benefit is that it does not place ads or watermarks on videos. The customer service chat was fast and helpful. That said when I sent a message through the dashboard panel, I did not receive any reply. There is also an API available which could be useful if you want to build your own mobile app. It also offers collections for sorting videos into categories and those can be published on a public page or channel, such as Quran.
Cons
The biggest issue for me is that viewers should be able to download lower-resolution versions of videos. To be fair, the online chat team did provide me with a workaround. A few smaller improvements I would still like to see are: adding videos to favorites, more keyboard shortcuts, AI analysis support for Arabic and Urdu, and the ability to change the default visibility option.
