“document processing is a lifesaver”
Pros
Walking into a project that another agency had already mishandled was pretty overwhelming especially with piles of documents and no clear starting point. My company gave us access to NaturalText for it and it turned out to be incredibly helpful. It took the stress out of sorting through everything by processing the documents and giving us clear answers and concise summaries we could actually understand. That made it much easier to figure out what the material was about and how to move the project forward.
Cons
I don't have any complaints. I was genuinely impressed by what it could do and the rest of my team felt the same way. It ended up being extremely valuable for the project.
