“Efficient AI workflow builder”

Pros

Building AI workflows with this tool has been a really positive experience. It's user-friendly, works quickly and saves me a lot of time. I'd definitely recommend it.

Cons

One improvement I'd love to see is a simpler way to import workflows. For instance, it would be really helpful if n8n users could upload JSON workflow files directly into Needle for quicker setup and better integration.

“automation magic in minutes”

Pros

This tool was fantastic. It works really well for automation, whether you're a beginner who's still figuring things out or someone more experienced who can build something really impressive. I was able to set up an automation that scrapes related news based on my interests and ranks it by importance in just 30 minutes.

Cons

One thing that caught me off guard was the model page. I picked Opus 4.6 a bit too eagerly and it ended up draining my free credits, even though those credits would have been more than enough for a single automation workflow otherwise. It would be much more helpful if the model selection pop-up showed average credit usage so users have better guidance before choosing.

“I'd recommend it”

Pros

Building my RAG with this tool completely changed the process for me. I put together a workflow that allows my audience to search across 400+ podcast episodes and get responses back in my brand voice, all without bringing in a technical team or spending months getting everything set up. Before this, I tested a number of other RAG platforms and none of them offered the combination of features and API functionality I needed. The biggest surprise was how adaptive everything felt. Needle made a very technical concept much more approachable. In just a few minutes, I had a working RAG that not only pulled up relevant content but also helped me reuse and extend that content in ways I hadn't even considered. If your goal is to make content searchable, practical and personalized, it is incredibly valuable. It has saved me a lot of time, broadened the ways I connect with my audience and created new opportunities to build thought leadership.
