Using this tool has been a really positive experience because the platform is simple to work with and packed with features. It lets users train and test their own models without much hassle and integrating those models with other systems is also quite simple.

Pros
their support has been outstanding. The team responds quickly, they're friendly and they're always available to give useful advice when needed.
Cons
there's not much to complain about. A few models can feel a little slow at times and could maybe be improved though Im not sure how feasible that is.
