Impressive automation across every channel

Pros

This AI really feels like it stands in a class by itself. We had a fully branded chatbot up and running on our website in just one afternoon and we didn't need any developer help to make it happen. What really makes it different is that it doesn't act like one of those stiff bots stuck following a basic decision tree. It can actually reason, adjust to the conversation and move things forward, whether that means capturing leads, booking appointments, handling support issues or helping a Shopify customer complete a purchase. The multi-channel support across web, SMS, WhatsApp, voice and social also gives customers a consistent, polished experience no matter where they contact us. One feature that deserves more attention is the built-in sentiment analysis. It gives us insight not only into what customers are asking but also how they're feeling which has helped us keep improving our messaging. the pricing is hard to ignore. It delivers enterprise-level capabilities at a much lower cost and the free trial without needing a credit card made the decision even easier.

Cons

If there was any challenge, it was honestly trying not to do too much at once. The platform includes so many features that defining the right scope for an initial rollout takes a bit of restraint. Anyone new to it will probably benefit from taking time with the onboarding videos before jumping straight in. I'd also like to see more native CRM integrations available out of the box although the REST API, Zapier and Make.com connections already do a very strong job of covering that need.
