Gives accurate transcriptions

Pros

Using it has been really simple. The recordings are accurate, the transcriptions come out reliably and the AI features do a strong job overall.

Cons

One frustrating part has been connecting it to my Zoom account because it keeps rejecting the email. Because of that, I have to add every call manually as it happens instead of having it sync automatically and that's the main reason Im considering other alternatives.

fast and thorough transcripts

Pros

During calls, its transcription lets me stay fully focused on the conversation instead of worrying about taking notes. Another thing I really appreciate is how quickly it works. Once I upload a call and send it over, the transcript comes back within just a few minutes and it's very detailed. It even provides guidance for future calls which adds a lot of value. getting everything set up at the beginning was quick and simple.

Cons

I still don't know the tool well enough yet to give any real criticism.

I like the structured reports

Pros

One thing that's really valuable is that it launches automatically and does a strong job of organizing its reports. That part is genuinely very interesting.

Cons

At times, the calendar disconnects and creating a prompt that keeps my interview questions in the right order doesn't feel very adaptive.

Pros

Right away, it felt very adaptive and pleasant to use. The user experience is well designed so I can get things done quickly without spending a lot of time figuring out how the platform works. That matters a lot to me since I want a tool that saves me time instead of adding a learning curve. It handles that really well in a simple, effective way. it integrates with my ATS which is a big advantage for my work.

comprehensive reporting tools

great summaries for meetings

Pros

This tool has been really efficient for us especially when it comes to the quality of the summaries and the way it pulls out information. The information retrieval is extremely reliable and thorough which lets me stay focused on the call and the conversation with clients and speakers instead of worrying about taking notes. Getting started was very simple and even though we don't use every feature available, it covers our main need perfectly.

Cons

Something that would make it even better would be the option to choose, in a single click from Google Meet, whether I want to add an AI bot to a call...maybe through a browser extension.

Has smart anchors

Pros

Using it feels very natural thanks to its multi-source integration and overall simplicity so there's really no friction when getting started. The recording launches automatically, with the option to turn that off if needed which makes the whole experience even more convenient. I also really appreciate the report feature with anchored links that jump straight to the right moment in the video. the initial setup takes only three clicks which makes onboarding incredibly simple.
