“Good for simplifying how you connect with customers
Pros
I was pleased with how Nurix's AI Agents handled most of the basic customer inquiries. This takes the load off my team by handling simple questions allowing customers to get answers quickly.
Cons
It struggles with data silos, also the CRM integration did not go as smoothly as we hoped and the AI agents could not access past interaction data which limited their usefulness.

Pros
The AI Agents from Nurix have been really helpful in managing the usual client queries. They give my team more time to focus on important concerns and foster stronger client relationships. Plus the 24/7 availability ensures that customers always have a point of contact.
Cons
Well the biggest challenge for me was that the interactions did not feel natural or personalized.Besides this, I could not give more detailed answers about our products or use industry specific terms which made it harder to connect with prospects.
