“An efficient tool!”
Pros
Beyond just delivering the software, they also assigned us a data scientist who supported the entire process from start to finish. They helped clean our data, combine it with our Oracle database and build our repayment model. The whole project went very smoothly on our side and we've been using the model we created with them for more than a year now.
Cons
They worked quickly overall but it still took a few discussions before they fully understood the dataset. At times, we also had to circle back with our own team to clarify what certain columns in the data were supposed to represent.
